We are seeking a driven and ambitious lawyer with a strong corporate background to join this dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have: At least 1 year of PAE in front-end corporate law Lawyers considered with up to 3 years experience Experience across M&A or general corporate and business transactions A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for a lawyer who is eager to develop their expertise in corporate M&A, work on high-stakes transactions, and grow within a supportive, market-leading practice.
