Join a Top-Tier law firm's Corporate M&A team, working alongside two highly respected partners on complex, high-profile matters. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of work, including:

  • Takeovers, public & private M&A
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Consortiums & strategic fund investments (including clean energy)
  • Complex FIRB approvals & foreign investment law
  • IPOs, rights issues & share placements
  • Corporate governance advice (Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, Foreign Acquisitions Act)

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • 3-8 years' PAE in Corporate M&A (top-tier firm background preferred)
