After a series of notable deals, this mid-tier firm is looking for a talented front-end specialist to join its dynamic team, renowned for its strong culture and collaborative approach. As a valued member of our team, you'll tackle global corporate matters with the backing of a supportive, collaborative team and renowned industry leaders.

Responsibilities
  • M&A (Domestic & Cross-Border) – Advising on national and international transactions, from due diligence to deal execution.
  • Takeovers & Capital Strategies – Handling off-market takeovers, capital reductions, and share buy-backs for both private and public entities.
  • Foreign Investment & Approvals – Navigating FIRB and other regulatory frameworks for inbound and outbound investments.
  • Structuring & Restructuring – Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, partnerships, and business reorganisations.
  • Commercial Contracts – Drafting and negotiating complex agreements to protect client interests.
  • Governance & Compliance – Advising on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company secretarial matters.
  • Emerging Sectors – Working on cutting-edge matters in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, privacy, and data law.
Qualifications

We're looking for Corporate/Commercial Associates (3+ years PAE) with experience in Renewables, M&A and/or Foreign Investment. Senior Associates (up to 7 years PAE) will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have trained or worked in a leading specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm, bringing strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to our high-performing team.
