The Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity exists for a corporate lawyer, with approximately 1–4 years' experience, to join our highly regarded team as a Lawyer or Associate depending on their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on a diverse mix of corporate matters for high-quality clients in various industries including share and business acquisitions and sales; shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements; IP, copyright and licensing; structuring and asset protection; and more.
  • Closely collaborating with an exceptional Partner and senior lawyers, benefiting from strong mentoring, and being part of a team that values collaboration, excellence, and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Approximately 1–4 years' experience in corporate law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
