We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Client Solution Team as an Employment Service Specialist. This full-time or part-time role would suit someone with experience in employment services looking for a change or a customer service professional looking to enter the industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert employment services to clients to help them find meaningful work and achieve their career goals
- Motivating clients through activities to enhance their employability and job readiness
- Supporting clients to overcome barriers and access employment opportunities
- Undertaking administrative activities, including data entry and reporting, to support the team's efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex client issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
