Workforce Optimisation Lead Residential

This role involves leading the development and implementation of best-practice rostering systems and processes across our residential business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce plans to meet current and future staffing needs, analysing workforce data to identify trends and make informed decisions, collaborating with senior management to align workforce strategies with organisational goals, and managing relationships with digital and technology teams pertaining to the ongoing management and development of rostering platforms.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in health, business or related field, experience in managing complex rostering processes, rules and systems, general operations management experience, including experience in aged care or similar organisations deploying a large workforce over a 24/7 roster, advanced business analysis experience, and demonstrated interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
