
Senior Workforce Specialist

As a Workforce Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping the agency's workforce strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to drive business growth and productivity.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR initiatives and projects.
- Providing expert advice to executive and senior management on workforce planning and development.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They will also have experience in workforce planning and development, as well as knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and functional managers.
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on workforce planning and development strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to support employee development and engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning and development.
- Proven track record of delivering successful HR initiatives and projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
