Intensive Care Nurse Unit Manager

Job Role:
This role is responsible for overseeing the management, leadership and coordination of nursing teams within an Intensive Care Unit environment.
The successful candidate will be able to lead, motivate and guide a multi-disciplinary team at the ward or unit level, monitor and manage business operations and processes. Key responsibilities include demonstrating broad experience and knowledge in nursing and midwifery, understanding patient centred care delivery and cultivating effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of nursing teams within the Intensive Care Unit.
- Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team at the ward or unit level.
- Monitor and manage business operations and processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in nursing and midwifery practices.
- Promote patient centred care delivery.
- Cultivate effective teamwork and communication.
