Intensive Care Unit Nursing Manager

This leadership position oversees the intensive care unit, directing a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Lead the nursing and multi-disciplinary care team at the ward or unit level.
- Manage business and management functions and processes for the ward or unit.
- Demonstrate broad nursing/midwifery experience and knowledge.
- Prioritize patient-centered service delivery.
- Current nursing/midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written, verbal communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing and/or health management with a minimum of three years post graduate experience.
