Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Manager
">This is a leadership role that requires a seasoned nursing professional with expertise in managing intensive care units. As an ICU manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that staff are supported and motivated.
">The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for leading and guiding the nursing team, as well as working closely with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.

- Manage the daily operations of the intensive care unit, including staffing, budgeting, and patient flow">

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and staff performance">
Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field">
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)">
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in an intensive care setting">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams">
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills">
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands">
- Physical stamina to withstand the demands of a fast-paced clinical environment">
