Workshop Operations Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Asset & Facilities Manager to lead our workshop and depot facilities in achieving high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver maintenance for bus and depot assets
- Manage resources for optimal bus and asset performance
- Conduct unscheduled repairs and attend breakdowns
- Adhere to safety standards and manage stock levels
- Address concerns and improve bus and depot asset planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- 'MR' class licence and passenger transport authorisation
- 5+ years experience in diesel mechanics with Translink QLD fleet vehicles / or similar
- Forklift licence or ability to attain one
