Workshop Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a service workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and scheduling activities, managing teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all workshop activities, including repairs and maintenance services.
- Assist in managing the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Work closely with the service manager to identify areas for improvement in workshop processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role within a workshop or technical environment.
- Strong organizational skills with task prioritization ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workshop management software.
- A valid driver's license.
