Workshop Operations Manager

This is a supervisory role that oversees the coordination and scheduling of workshop service requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hire industry and be proficient in various software programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the efficient operation of equipment by establishing preventative maintenance and servicing schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule workshop service requirements, including maintenance, system installation, fabrication, electrical and testing.
- Assist the branch manager as required to plan and support site works, including rosters, equipment and labor.
- Ensure procurement of cost-effective spare parts and identify requirements to ensure availability.
- Experience in a workshop supervisory position or similar.
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant plant, equipment, pipe works and installations.
- High level of problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability to develop, empower and motivate employees to obtain the required objectives.
