Senior Energy Storage Specialist

This role involves providing assistance with energy storage product lines through technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain high system availability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Evaluate customer needs and work to resolve complex technical issues with battery systems.
- Educate installers and customers on optimal system operation.
- Determine the need for remote or on-site service and communicate with relevant teams.
- Record issues and data accurately in a CRM database.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities is crucial.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite is desirable.
- An energy industry background or experience in technical support is preferred.
