As a pivotal leader in the energy storage industry, we seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in developing and delivering sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects from early stages through successful handovers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Foster long-term relationships with design and construct partners, equipment providers, and other partners.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on project planning, ensuring adherence to HSEQ standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, partners, sales, and senior management to ensure full lifecycle project deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in an energy sector engineering and/or battery storage related field, with a strong background in project management, leadership, and collaboration. A degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years relevant experience in an energy sector engineering and/or battery storage related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager with P&L responsibility
  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline is required
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, organizing, and influencing skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
