We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of an effective team, promoting an inclusive environment and contributing to the overall success of the school's Learning Support Program.

A commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others is essential. The successful applicant will also need to demonstrate an ability to work with vulnerable cohorts of students and develop positive relationships with students, including those with challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support staff in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and parents
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a team environment, including high level oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an effective team
  • Proficiency in the use of office systems, software or technical equipment as relevant to the position
