Job Title: Academic Operations Coordinator

About the Role

This is a key position in our academic operations team, supporting the coordinators in ensuring the smooth delivery of curriculum and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support quality assurance processes and course accreditation activities
  • Assist in the workflow of accreditation and course change proposals
  • Attend committee meetings, take detailed minutes, and provide administrative support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience in maintaining accurate records
  • Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with data input and data integrity
  • Resourcefulness in learning new systems and processes
  • Strong written communication skills and experience in preparing detailed minutes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior professionals

A current Employee Working with Children's check is required for this position.
