**Job Title:** Academic Support Associate
**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Academic Support Associate. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our academic services.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Enrolment and Academic Coordinators
- Assist with disaster response tests, including evacuations and lockdowns
- Act as a Warden/Communications Officer in emergency situations
- Support the First Aid Officer in responding to accidents and incidents on campus
- Maintain a child-safe environment for students
**Requirements:
- A qualification in Office Administration or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
- Certificate 2 in First Aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Skills and Attributes:
- High level secretarial skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of computer technologies used in education environments
**Working with Children Check:** A Working with Children Check card is required, and applicants must be willing to undergo a National Police Record Check.
