  • Ensure all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including (where relevant) bookings, loadings, and resolving account queries.

What We're Looking For

  • Attention to detail: you register little-to-no errors in your work, you perform tasks with care.
  • Organization: you meet deadlines, handling expectations effectively ahead of time.
  • Team & collaboration: contribute to shared goals, supporting fellow employees.
  • Communication: responding to requests in a timely manner, with written & verbal communication that is consistent with our values and behaviors.
  • Analytical: confidently manage basic information for day-to-day tasks.
  • Flexibility: you adjust work practice and assignments based on feedback and priorities.
  • Proactivity/taking the initiative: show purposeful self-development, and a sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity in achieving objectives.
