We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Service Desk, updating and assigning requests as required.
  • Provide first/second level technical support in resolving service disruptions, including logging all Incidents and Service requests.
  • Support the installation of hardware and software, working closely with Mosaic IT.
  • Ensure all staff have functioning hardware, software, network, and telephony services.
  • Resolve incidents arising from disruptions to hardware, software, network, and telephony services.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience as a Senior IT Service Desk Officer, with expertise in Microsoft Desktop/Network/Server administration and support. They will also possess strong analytical and documentation skills, as well as flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and volumes.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be customer-service oriented, and have a problem-solving attitude. They will also be able to work cooperatively and effectively within the team and organisation.

Required Experience:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Senior IT Service Desk Officer within a small-medium Information Technology Team.
  • Experience in Microsoft Desktop/Network/Server administration and support (Essential).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Certificate 4 in IT Service Desk or equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Office 365/SharePoint and Microsoft Product Portfolio.
  • ITIL experience and knowledge.
  • Background in the Logistics and Transport Industry.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
