**Job Title:** Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to support individuals in achieving their goals and regaining independence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and develop personalized plans to support recovery and return to work.
  • Provide vocational counseling and related rehabilitation services to help clients overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective rehabilitation strategies and monitor progress.
  • Design and implement programs to support injured employees in returning to the workforce and community.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Social Work or a related field.
  • Registration as a social worker or a related profession.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingsness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers license is compulsory).
