Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
- Utilize specialist knowledge and skills to facilitate the return-to-work process for individuals with psychological injuries or personal challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and stakeholders to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
- Provide comprehensive case management services to support clients' journey towards successful employment outcomes.
- Minimize the impact of workplace injuries through proactive prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
- Coordinate client-centered care to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress towards return-to-work goals.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.
