Residential Valuation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our team in Darling Downs and Western Queensland. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting valuations and preparing high-quality detailed reports within stipulated time frames.
About the Role:
- You will assess current market activity and analyse comparable sales data.
- You will utilise mobile technology for field inspection.
- You will build effective business relationships internally and externally.
- You will adhere to quality reporting standards and audit processes.
- You will ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
You will conduct property valuations and prepare detailed reports within agreed timelines.
You will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
You will apply your expertise to provide accurate and timely valuations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You hold a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
- You have API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
- You possess proven experience completing property valuations.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- You possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly organised and efficient.
- You can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- You are a team player with a positive outlook.
- You have an exceptional customer service ethic.
