About the Role:

Marsh is seeking a Graduate Property Valuation Analyst to join our team in Adelaide. As a Graduate Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking research and data analysis, supervised site inspections, and reporting and spreadsheet compilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake research and data analysis to support valuation tasks
  • Conduct supervised site inspections and field work to gather data
  • Compile reports and spreadsheets to present findings
  • Liaise with client representatives to discuss project requirements
  • Use in-house valuation program to analyze data
  • Arrange project plans and site inspections to ensure timely completion
  • Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property Valuation or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency
  • Organized and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to deliver results on time and in full
  • Confident communicator in all forms
  • Analytical mindset and team player with high integrity and energy
