About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our team in Darling Downs and Western Queensland. As a key member of our Residential Division, you will utilise your specialised skills and talent to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and prepare high-quality detailed reports within specified timeframes.
  • Assess current market activity and analyse comparable sales data.
  • Utilise mobile technology for field inspections.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with quality reporting standards and audit processes.
  • Meet service level agreements and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
  • API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
  • Proven experience completing property valuations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional customer service ethic.
