Programming and Events Coordinator

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional programming to children in aquatic and leisure centres. As a skilled coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote maximum participation levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver programs, events, parties, and competitions in a safe and enjoyable manner.
  • Attract maximum participation levels by designing innovative activities that cater to diverse age groups.
Requirements
  • Current CPR Certificate is mandatory for this role.
  • Hold a valid First Aid Certificate.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for participants.
  • Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and participants.
  • Current Working with Children Check is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hold a Water Safety Awareness Module (wet side only).
  • Possess a current Class C driver's licence.
  • Have knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations.
  • Demonstrate ability to work within a team environment.
  • Be available to work flexible working hours.
