Coffs Harbour is seeking skilled Event Coordinators to bring world-class events to life on the Coffs Coast.
- This role involves driving end-to-end event delivery, from planning and logistics to budgets, risk management, suppliers, and on-the-ground action.
- Working with passionate stakeholders and partners to make every event seamless and memorable.
- Building the capacity of event organisers across the Coffs Coast with expertise and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Event/Tourism Management or equivalent, proven experience in major event coordination, excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving event delivery, including planning, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Providing expertise and guidance to build event organiser capacity.
