Event Coordinator Role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Create engaging and interactive activities and programs that cater to diverse guest preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage event schedules, timelines, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on event performance, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Promote our brand and services through excellent customer service and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with event management software and systems.
