C&K invites highly motivated and passionate educators to join our team as a Lead Educator at our Mooloolaba Childcare Centre. As a valued member of our community, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

Our centre provides a welcoming and friendly environment, comprising three play rooms, natural play spaces, and a range of educational resources. You will have the opportunity to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Support and guide children's learning and development, promoting curiosity, capability, and confidence

• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and their families

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to commence studying)

• First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card

• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
