C&K Mooloolaba Childcare Centre is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, fostering their curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a high-quality learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
