C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Mooloolaba Childcare Centre. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with your team to design and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in early childhood education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
