Job Title: Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Mooloolaba Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of children in our care by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and guiding children's learning and development
  • Collaborating with your team to create a high-quality learning environment
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Providing exceptional care and support to children and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
