About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care. You'll work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, capability, and confidence in our young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide children's learning and development, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with your team to design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture that values diversity and promotes social-emotional learning.
  • Work closely with families to build strong relationships and ensure their children receive the best possible care and education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
