C&K Mooloolaba Childcare Centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.

With a strong focus on early childhood education and care, our centre provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children from 0 to 5 years old. Our experienced team is committed to delivering high-quality care and education, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with the team to create a play-based learning environment
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
