Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for the acquisition of technical talent to support business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be a senior technical professional with expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, Spring AOP and Spring Data.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with micro-services and docker, and will be able to design and architect solutions in the microservices space. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to learn new skills quickly are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire technical talent to support business growth and innovation
  • Design and architect solutions in the microservices space
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining technical talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, Spring AOP and Spring Data
  • Experience working with micro-services and docker
  • Strong hands-on experience in design and architecture in microservices space
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn new skills and fast learner
  • Extensive Java 8/11/17 and/or Kotlin commercial experiences
  • Experience with configuring of rate limits, quota policies, spike arrest limits on API Gateways
  • Proficiency in Agile Mindset and Agile Ways of Working
  • Provide guidance to less experienced developers
