Product and Technology Talent Acquisition Expert
We are looking for an expert in product and technology talent acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our product and technology teams.
Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, engaging, and assessing top technical talent across global markets, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding. You will also partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and recruitment best practices, inform hiring decisions, and develop creative talent attraction strategies.
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the tech sector, specifically in the APAC market. You should be skilled at building strong talent networks and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts. In addition, you should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to consult, influence, and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and engaging top technical talent across global markets

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the tech sector, specifically in the APAC market
Deep understanding of technical roles, frameworks, and market trends
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to consult, influence, and partner with stakeholders at all levels
Skilled at building strong talent networks and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and industry contacts
