What You'd Be Doing In This Role
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical roles.
Delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Proactively sourcing talent and building diverse pipelines.
Championing Canva's employer brand and story in the market.
Using data and insights to improve hiring outcomes.

About The Team
You'll join the Technology Talent Acquisition Team, part of the People organization, whose mission is connecting talent with Canva's magic globally to hire Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve ambitious goals.
We partner with the Technology Organisation to design fair, inclusive, and innovative hiring practices that bring exceptional talent into Canva.
