Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing
    • Proactively source and recruit top talent by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates and conducting thorough interviews.
    • Evaluate client demand and assist in managing our hiring strategy to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
  • Expert Guidance
    • Serve as primary partner for a group of professionals to provide an exceptional client and talent experience.
    • Accountable for the management of all professionals, from hire through retirement, providing a best-in-class experience.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within a recruiting agency or in-house for a company.
  • Strong interviewing capabilities to assess candidate skills and ability.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
