Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our technical workforce. This specialist will partner with stakeholders across the product development lifecycle, identifying top talent in the market.

This role goes beyond filling job openings. The successful candidate will help shape strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure we are positioned to attract and engage top talent for both current needs and future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across product, engineering, design, and delivery
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent in the industry
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical skill areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our company values and culture
  • Share market insights to guide stakeholders and influence hiring decisions, driving business results through informed talent acquisition strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical talent, with a strong track record of success in full-cycle recruitment
  • A deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and pipeline building, with a focus on driving business outcomes through innovative recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
