Administrative Support Specialist

Discover an exciting opportunity with Engage Personnel for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our client based in Mornington. Due to rapid growth and expansion, our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to succeed in a busy role.
Duties:
- Provide reception and office administration support
- Be the first point of contact for clients and assist the team with adhoc administration tasks
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries
- Liaising with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
- Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants
- Backup ASIC administrators as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience within a public practice accounting firm is highly regarded
- Highly organised with strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for professional services and a desire to further your career
