We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Administrator to join our team at Zancott Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and enjoy managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration: Assist in the management of day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accurate filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as assist in the preparation for audits.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing documents.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
