Engage Personnel is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Mornington. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven to succeed and looking to give their all in a busy role.

Duties:

  • Provide reception and office administration support
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and assist the team with ad-hoc administration tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
  • Meet and greet all clients and liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants and backup ASIC administrators
  • Develop strong client/customer focus and ability to build strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience within a public practice accounting firm is ideal
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and passion for professional services
  • Interest in furthering your career
