About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of new systems and initiatives, including data migration, application uplift, and ongoing enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business analysis activities within projects or programs.
They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and aligned with organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Document business requirements specifications and develop test plans to support system implementation.
- Support and coordinate the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet organisational needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned and fit for purpose.
- Organise and maintain documentation throughout the development, review, and approval process.
- Knowledge and experience in Information Technology consistent with the services requested.
- Experience in business analysis activities within projects or programs.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- A degree majoring in Information Technology from a recognised institution.
- Business Analysis experience.
- Experience working with government organisations (preferable but not mandatory).
