Stockroom Specialist Role

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.

This is a store-based role that requires availability to work 38 hours over selected weekdays and weekend days.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail team leadership, specifically in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear, as well as knowledge of stockroom procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
  • Providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model.
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
  • Driving profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
