As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and loyalty, drive visitation, repeat purchase, and retention for all Fresh outlets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing key marketing activities and campaigns
  • Building monthly newsletters and engaging email marketing campaigns to drive bookings
  • Managing venue website updates and basic SEO
  • Assisting with managing partnership contracts and supporting key venue partners
  • Engaging with key management to create relevant promotions, events, and offers
  • Managing agendas for weekly and monthly marketing meetings with venue partners

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Marketing degree preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Love of food, dining out, and providing a premium customer experience
  • Full working rights in Australia
