About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SEO professional to join our in-house marketing team at Online Marketing Gurus. As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for managing and executing SEO operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic SEO plans to drive business growth and improve online visibility.
  • Manage and optimize website architecture, content structure, and meta-data to improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, keyword-optimized content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
