Are you a digital marketing enthusiast looking for a challenging role that will help you grow professionally? We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Manager to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus.

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Paid Search team, ensuring the quality of work delivered, and shaping the Social Media Product Offering in the ever-changing landscape of social media. You will also be responsible for delivering a revenue results approach as a team, while consistently looking for ways to maximize ROI from all social media channels.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in Paid Search Media, Social Media, or similar roles. You should have experience managing large teams of 10+ and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive and can-do attitude, be excited about working in an always-changing and evolving industry, and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Paid Search team and ensure the quality of work delivered
  • Shape the Social Media Product Offering in the ever-changing landscape of social media
  • Deliver a revenue results approach as a team, while consistently looking for ways to maximize ROI from all social media channels
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of Social Media Consultants to support our growing client database
  • Stay hands-on with high-value client work

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Search Media, Social Media, or similar roles
  • Experience managing large teams of 10+
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience with social media ads (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.)
  • Facebook, Google, Hubspot, SEO certifications desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to be hands-on and drive both strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Able to understand and overcome challenges with clients
