Employee Relations Expert Opportunity

Join our team as a strategic employee relations expert, working closely with the business to develop and implement proactive industrial relations initiatives that drive positive outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute enterprise bargaining and union engagement strategies to achieve successful outcomes
  • Provide expert advice and support to site teams on industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs to enhance capability and knowledge across teams
  • Lead and manage workplace investigations, using strong investigative skills to resolve complex and sensitive issues
  • Contribute to the development of group-wide employee relations strategies and compliance plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
About You

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in law and industrial relations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing compliance requirements with compassion and empathy. Your ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in law, with proven experience in employee and industrial relations, including leading enterprise bargaining negotiations, developing bargaining strategies, and engaging stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
