Key Strategic Engagement Role

This role plays a vital part in business development, focusing on mapping and interpreting government policy to drive strategic planning and growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager Services and Engagement to identify opportunities aligned with government priorities and develop project proposals that showcase the value of ACS knowledge for government clients.

To excel in this position, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of how government policy influences strategic planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting and communicating government policy to inform strategic planning and business development.
  • Supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities and preparing proposal documents.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to integrate service delivery and maintain project documentation.
  • Contributing to stakeholder engagement and ACS service activities, including preparing briefings and coordinating meetings.
Requirements

Applicants should have experience working with or across government agencies, a strong understanding of public sector structures, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

A degree in a relevant field and strong analytical and organisational skills are also required. The ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage competing priorities, and contribute to high-quality outputs is essential.
