Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Gas Infrastructure Delivery Coordinator to join our Engineering and Planning team in Melbourne, VIC on a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of project site works, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope, objectives, KPIs, and success factors, while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination
Support the Project Manager and Engineer in the planning phases of the project, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Site ManagementEstablish the project site, issuing daily reports and maintaining records of meeting minutes.
Construction and CommissioningOversee construction, commissioning, and site close-out activities for pipeline works, metering (including gas heating packages), and regulation facilities.
Quality AssuranceReview site planning, establishment, and implementation programs to ensure alignment with Project and Operational requirements.
Stakeholder EngagementCommunicate and engage with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the project approach and achievement of key milestones.
Team LeadershipManage a multi-disciplinary inspection team to provide thorough monitoring and ensure quality assurance across all construction activities.
Requirements and Qualifications- Extensive Industry Experience
At least 5 years of experience within the oil, gas, and/or petrochemical industries, with a strong background in managing projects across various disciplines.
Strong Communication SkillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Leadership SkillsProven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and making sound decisions under pressure.
APA PIO TrainingPrior experience with APA PIO Training or similar training is advantageous, though can be provided.
